Sportster Clubs

Here is a listing of local Sportster clubs/groups. Many of the members are also members of the XL-List, but get together for rides, coffee, diner, etc. They are listed alphabetically by state (or country) and city. If you have or belong to such a group and do not see it listed here, please contact us.

    UNITED STATES

    Alabama:

        • Alabama Sportsters: Welcome to Alabama Sportsters ! Don’t want to replace the XL-List here but would love to talk all things Sportster and arrange rides and get-togethers! Hoping to attract some wrench heads too for those DIY questions ! So come on in and join and let’s ride !

        Arizona:

          • Phoenix Area: The Sportster M.O.R.O.N.S. Many Obsessed Riders On Nice Sportsters. You don’t have to live any place special to join this club, or even own a Harley-Davidson Sportster or Buell YET But you got to love Harley-Davidson Sportster Motorcycle above all other motorcycles in your life. If you do your APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP IS APPROVED. WE ARE A BUELL FRIENDLY CLUB.

          California:

          • San Francisco Bay Area: BayAreaSportsters is a loose knit group interested in Harley Davidson Sportster Motorcycles, riding and socializing. We get together monthly for rides, swapping war stories, telling lies and bench racing. For the next scheduled event check … Yahoo! BayAreaSportsters All bikes, all riders, all skills welcome.
            • Southern Cal: This list was an “off-spring” of the XL-List and is primarily designed to provide a “cyber” meeting point for discussion of Sportster (and Buell) related events in or around Los Angeles and Southern California. We are much less vocal, active and/or organized than our “sister” group up North (BayAreaSportsters@yahoogroups.com) … but maybe we like it that way? Chip in if you’ve got a topic, idea, event or ride you’d like to mention … we won’t even bite if you ride something other than a Sportster or Harley. Visit us at Yahoo! SoCalSportsters

            Colorado:

              • coloradosportsters.org: coloradosportsters.org has been started as a new local Sportster site for Colorado. Designed to have a discussion forum to meet local riders and have a place to discuss Sportsters.

                Connecticut:

                  • Connecticut XL Riders: The primary purpose of this group is to put Connecticut Sportster/XL riders in contact with one another so they can organize group rides and other XL related activities and get togethers. You can also exchange tech info, stories, photos, ask questions and find help in general about your XL. Don’t live in Connecticut? No problem, all XL riders are welcome!

                    Georgia:

                        • Atlanta: Atlanta Sportster Owners, Riding club for XL owners in the Atlanta area.

                          Ohio:

                            • Ohiolisters: This group is designed for Harley enthusiasts located in and around Ohio. Post up rides, gathering, swap meets, parts (wtb & f/s), and anything else non-commercial that’s germane in the same realm. http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/ohiolisters/

                              Pennsylvania:

                              • Philadelphia: Formed from the membership of the www.sportster.org XL List and the Yahoo! Sportster Owners Club, the Cheesesteak Chapter gets together for group rides and other social activities. Sportster owners from PA, NJ, DE, NY, MD, VA, and DC are welcome to attend all events, as are traveling members of the XL and Yahoo lists.

                              • Dallas: Dallas area Sportster riders.

                              Wisconsin:

                              • Milwaukee: Milwaukee Sportster Owners, a local Sportster riders club in Milwaukee, was founded January 2001. We are a very active club & meet routinely usually on Tues eves. I (Spencer) like to think of our club as a regional resource for both local Sportster enthusiasts & those from out of town visiting the hometown of Harley. Our links section remains one of the most extensive Sportster and Milwaukee related resources on the web. This links section continues to be fully accessible to non-club members and to anyone interested in our great machines or where they hail from. Everyone is welcome to tap into this resource as you like.

                              INTERNATIONAL

                              Canada:

                              • Toronto: TorontoNetscum We’re a group of local Harley riders in and around Toronto, the list is used for the usual swapping of lies and socializing. Made up of regulars and not so regulars of HeD, RMH, XL-List and others. You don’t need no stinkin Yahoo! account or any such thing. Private list, email “adrian@yo-adrian.comm” to be added.

                              Germany:

                              • Germany: Sportyriders.org is a website for all Sportster Drivers but the related language is German. The Members come from Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Ireland.

                              United Kingdom:

                              • UK Sportster listers: UK Sportster listers, Forum for Harley Sportster owners in the UK. Tech talk, chat, rideouts - basically anything related to Sportsters.
