Promotions for the H-D Big Wigs

As a part of Harley-Davidson, Inc.’s recently announced organizational restructure, seven company leaders have received promotions. Dave Bozeman, age 39, was promoted to Vice President, Advanced Manufacturing after previously serving as Vice President and General Manager, Capitol Drive Powertrain Operations & Advanced Manufacturing where he oversaw the production of transmissions and engines for all Sportster and Buell motorcycles.

Great grandson of H-D founder William A Davidson, Bill Davidson, was promoted to Vice President, Core Customer Marketing after having led motorcycle product development activities as Director.

Bob Farchione was promoted to Vice President, Engineering Platform Teams from General Manager, Parts & Accessories.

Pat Keller was promoted to Vice President, Engineering Centers of Expertise from Managing Chief Engineer, Product & Process Engineering.

Jeff Merten was promoted to Vice President, North American Sales from Managing Director, Asia Pacific and Latin America.

Patrick Smith was promoted to Vice President, General Merchandise from General Manager, General Merchandise.

Michael Van der Sande was promoted to Vice President and Managing Director, Harley-Davidson Europe from Managing Director of Commercial Operations at Harley-Davidson Europe.
