Happy Thanksgiving!

by Matt on November 22, 2007

There’s a ton of people heading out on the road right now enjoying the Thanksgiving holiday. I myself don’t usually go out on big weekends. It usually means amateur night (i.e. lots of drunks out driving and riding and being, quite frankly, stupid), and I’d rather not be out with a bunch of amateurs.

If you are one of my three or four regular readers here, and you’re out there in the trenches with the mentally challenged masses, you’re probably NOT an amateur. So congrats, have fun and BE CAREFUL.

And remember, the important thing about this holiday is to be thankful for what we’ve got. Those of us that have families are probably most thankful for them. For others, perhaps your health, your spirit or anything else. Just be thankful and enjoy the weekend.
